According to the prosecution, electrician Vladimir Dudko in September 2020, "being on the roadway of Maksim Bogdanovich and Vera Khoruzhey streets, violated public order, disobeyed the demands of police officers, interfered with the operation of public transport, which caused "Minsktrans" material damage in the amount of 33,771 rubles 63 kopecks".
The photographs examined at the court session fully confirmed Dudko's participation in the unsanctioned mass event.
