Viktor is from Mykolaiv, Ukraine. He moved to Belarus as a teenager, possibly with his family. In 2019, he graduated from School No. 6 in Mozyr and then enrolled at Mozyr State Polytechnical College, where he received a degree in concrete masonry in 2021.
After graduating, Victor was looking for a job as an international driver and was ready to move.
