Prior to the trial, a preventive measure in the form of house arrest was applied to Viktor Pilzhis — from September 12, 2022. This means that Pilzhis was forbidden to leave the house, use the Internet and communication.
In addition to the sentence of two years in a penal colony, the court ordered Viktor Pilzhis to pay 10 000 BYN to two security forces as compensation for their moral harm.
