Gomel activist. Vasily was summoned on an administrative matter, but was arrested and a couple of hours later brought home in handcuffs. The security forces conducted a search there. Released after 30 days of arrest.
After January 23, 2024, he again twice received 15 days under administrative charges. Vasily was released only on March 10, 2024.
