Vadim worked for a long time at the Academy of Sciences: first as a junior researcher, and then as a research fellow. There, he worked on organic synthesis and polymer development.
In 2018, Vadim joined Holographic Industry CJSC, a company specializing in the production of holograms and security features for documents. There, he rose from a production engineer to the head of the science and innovation department.
