Taras was detained for talking in a chat-roulette with provocateur Yuri Komar.
In the video, Taras says that he supports Ukraine and its national heroes, and also wishes her victory. Employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption claim that for this he faces a criminal case for inciting hostility.
