Convicted for a message on Instagram, in which, according to the prosecution, he threatened physical violence against a police officer. At the trial, Sergei explained that he wanted to warn the police officer, but did not threaten him. He pleaded not guilty.
Released in 2022 upon expiration of his sentence.
