Piotr was convicted of participating in a peaceful protest on September 6, 2020, in Grodno. He was accused of forming a chain, calling on others to join the unauthorized event, and throwing an unidentified object towards the Interior Ministry officers. He did not admit his guilt.
According to human rights activists, Pyotr was released in the summer of 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
