According to the prosecution, on 14 August 2020 Alesia posted in a messenger a photo of an employee of an Interior Ministry internal troops unit with her own insulting comment.
In August 2021, Alesia was found guilty in a criminal case brought under the article "Insulting a representative of the authorities" and sentenced to restricted freedom without referral to an open-type correctional facility.
