A retired police lieutenant colonel who served for over 25 years. In 2020, he supported the protests in Belarus and returned his medal "For Impeccable Service" to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And in 2023, he joined Kastus Kalinouski's regiment.
On October 1, 2026, a special case was opened against Oleg and he was summoned to the criminal prosecution agency.
The Kastus Kalinovsky Regiment initially existed as a battalion and was later expanded into a regiment within the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Kalinovsky Regiment participated in combat operations, including the battles for Irpin and Bucha, as well as in the Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Donetsk sectors. According to the regiment itself, in 2024, its activities were expanded to a military-social project uniting Belarusian volunteers who participated in or supported military operations in Ukraine. In Belarus, the Kastus Kalinovsky Regiment is designated a "terrorist organization."
