On 11 January 2022, Mikita was detained in Minsk and the next day sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest. On 26 January, when the arrest ended, he was detained again and once more sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
In April 2022, Mikita was found guilty in a criminal case opened under the article "Organisation and preparation of actions grossly violating public order, or active participation in them". The details of the case and the sentence are unknown.
