Since 2004, Natalya Martusevich has worked at Moscow State University and holds a PhD in biology.
The security forces claim that "in March-April 2022, Martusevich repeatedly posted publications on her page on the social network, where she was not embarrassed in her statements in relation to Belarusians, Russians and military personnel, calling for actions related to violence and harm to them."
