Natalia Sergeevna Filonova

The 61-year-old pensioner was accused of writing an appeal to the Central Office of the Investigative Committee, where she "publicly insulted" a certain Supreme Court judge. The woman sent this appeal to the Investigative Committee at the end of 2023 ("no later than December 5, 2023").

At the trial, Filonova said that there was no intent to insult the judge, and there was no crime in her actions.

However, Judge Rudina found the pensioner guilty and sentenced her to a fine.
