Since 2012, Kisel has been the CEO of Globalplace LLC, a company that sells on Wildberries and Ozon and handles the full cycle of bringing other Belarusian producers to marketplaces.
He also developed his own coffee brand, Rooster. Additionally, Kisel managed the flagship store for the Belarusian youth clothing brand Cerber Brand and spoke at various business seminars and forums.
On February 28, 2026, the man was on vacation abroad, posting photos from Tyrol in the Austrian Alps. However, immediately upon returning from abroad, he disappeared from social media. It appears he was then placed in pretrial detention.
