This is probably the 16-year-old college student arrested in November 2024. He was waiting for a friend in the entrance on the top floor, broke the door lock and went out onto the roof. Seeing the flag, the teenager took out a folding knife and cut it off, and hid it in a closet at home. Housing and communal services employees noticed the loss and contacted the police.
