Kirill was accused of participating in protests in Minsk in 2020, entering the roadway and blocking public transport. The man was also accused of being in a clutch in the front rows of protesters on Maxim Bogdanovich Street in Minsk. Photos of this episode were found in one of the telegram channels. Kirill fully admitted his guilt.
After the verdict was announced, he was released from custody in the courtroom.
