A well-known Belarusian publisher, founder and director of the independent publishing house "Logvinaў" (Lohvinau).

In 2014, Igor Logvinov was awarded the prestigious International Publishers Association (IPA) Freedom to Publish Award for his courage in defending freedom of speech. For a long time, the popular "Logvinov Bookstore" operated in Minsk, serving as an important cultural hub, but was later closed by the authorities during a crackdown on independent cultural venues.

In subsequent years, activities continued mainly outside of Belarus (in particular, in Vilnius) due to the impossibility of legal operation within the country.

On March 3, 2026, a coalition of print publishers, including the Kamunikat.org Foundation, Lohvinau Publishing House, and Andrei Yanushkevich Publishing, was added to the Ministry of Internal Affairs' updated list of "extremist groups." The list mentions Yaroslav Ivanyuk, Dmitry Kolos, Igor Logvinov, Vaclav Bogdanovich, Andrei Yanushkevich, and Alexander Yevdakha in connection with this group . The publishers' websites and social media accounts were also added.
