After his arrest on August 28, 2023, Evgeniy was sentenced to administrative arrest under Art. 19.11 Code of Administrative Offenses (Production, distribution, or storage of extremist materials), then he was under house arrest until the trial.
According to the prosecution , Yevgeny Pashukevich, using a tablet, deliberately posted on his page on the Odnoklassniki social network a publication containing a photograph of Lukashenko with text (commentary) containing deliberately false information related to the accusation of committing a serious crime under Part 3 of Art. . 426 of the Criminal Code (Excess of power or official authority, involving violence, suffering of the victim, or the use of weapons or special means). Yevgeny simply marked the post where Lukashenko was depicted as “class”.
The man later sold that tablet for parts.
