According to the prosecution, in February and March 2021 Yauheni posted insulting messages about police officers in the Telegram channels "Karateli Belarusi" and "Belarus golovnogo mozga": Artsiom Yanushevsky of the Minsk City Police Department, the commander of the Minsk riot police Dzmitry Balaba, and Aliaksandr Kirkalov, a senior traffic police inspector of the Mogilev Regional Police Department.
In July 2021, Yauheni was found guilty in a criminal case brought under the article "Insulting a representative of the authorities". His sentence is unknown.
