According to the materials of the prosecution, an employee of the «Alliance-Plastic» company, Yevgeny Gukov, during the period from October 20 to November 20, 2020, repeatedly posted a video clip of Alexander Lukashenko's speech on the «Pool Pervogo» channel in the telegram chats «Gagarin Street» and «Vitebsk-97», which was accompanied by offensive and obscene comments using the non-normative form of speech expression.
Also on October 28, in one of the telegram channels, Yevgeny insulted former Interior Minister Yuri Karaev.
