Egor graduated from the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus and served in the Internal Troops from 2014 to 2020, rising through the ranks from platoon commander to senior staff officer.
From 2020 to 2023, Boyko worked at the Svetlogorsk-Khimvolokno association as a procurement specialist and a leading specialist in the economic and information security bureau, while also working as a sole proprietor.
Currently, his place of work is listed as the enterprise "Shacman-bel", which is a dealer of the Chinese manufacturer of trucks.
