In April 2021, Dzmitry was detained. In August of the same year, he was tried in a criminal case initiated under the article "Insulting a government official". The outcome of that trial is unknown.
In 2022, Dzmitry was again found guilty in a criminal case initiated under the same article and sentenced to restricted freedom without referral to an open-type correctional facility ("home chemistry").
