Diana has a minor child with a disability.
According to the indictment, Smolyakov , Asmolovsky and Chernushina took an active part in the protest in Minsk on August 23, 2020. Members of the UCP grossly violated public order, did not respond to calls from police officers, disturbed the peace of citizens and obstructed the movement of public transport.
She was released in the spring of 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
