Artem is a graduate of Vitebsk School No. 4. In high school, he won a law competition organized by Polotsk State University. At that time, Artem Astratov was interviewed numerous times by state-run publications.
After graduating from high school, he enrolled in the law faculty of the Vitebsk Institute of Technical and Social Sciences. There, he engaged in academic work: his first-year paper on constitutional law won second place in a student paper competition.
