Andrey was convicted in April 2021 under the article "Desecration of buildings and damage to property", despite the fact that he had previously received administrative arrest for the same episode. The essence of the charge was that in February 2021, he painted a line from a prayer on the facade of a residential building: "But deliver us from the evil one."
He was released in July 2021, having fully served his sentence.
