a resident of Novolotsk, detained on November 16 last year. He was tried five times for 15 days under Part 1 of Art. 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for unauthorized picketing. The trials were held on 18 and 29 November, 17, 23 and 28 December. On December 30, in the Vitebsk temporary detention facility, a criminal case was opened against Andrey under the article on insulting the president. On January 25, 2022, Korobov and three others were transported to Novopolotsk in this case and released on bail.
Andrei left the country for security reasons.
