Andrei was detained on July 8, 2021 and placed in a temporary detention center on the street. Akrestin, where he was held in the status of a suspect in a criminal case (Article 342 of the Criminal Code) for 10 days, after which this charge was dropped and he became a suspect under Article 216 and was transferred to SIZO-1.
On August 18, 2023, he was released after the expiration of his sentence.
