Anatoly, an engineer and mountain climber, was arrested on November 11, 2021, and has been repeatedly subjected to administrative arrest. Anatoly became famous after he made a statement in a video released by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in which he expressed his love for the colors white and red.
He was released in the winter of 2022, having fully served his sentence.
