On December 1, 2023, he was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (distribution, production, storage or transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity), after which a criminal case was probably opened against him straight away. He is most likely in custody.
On May 7, 2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict entered into force.
