The second message, by which (according to the prosecution) Zanovsky publicly insulted A. Lukashenko, was published on April 7, 2022 (when Ukraine and Russia were negotiating a truce) under the news with a quote from Lukashenka that “there can be no negotiations without the participation of Belarus” .
