Deputy Chairman of the Free Trade Union of Metalworkers. Together with 13 other representatives of independent trade unions, he was detained on 19 April. After 72 hours, Yevdokimchik was not released, charges have not yet been filed, a lawyer was not allowed to see him and a public defender was given. There is also information that transfers for him are not accepted. According to preliminary information, he was released after administrative arrest. The status of the criminal case is unknown.
