Paul Vasilevich Glowacki
Involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, at least 3 decisions awarding 5 years of restriction or imprisonment. On June 9, 2021, he sentenced 40-year-old Yuri Vinichuk to 1.5 years of chemical treatment for insulting Lukashenko under Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. On the day of his arrest, Yuri Vinichuk was detained and severely beaten at the police station. His ribs and jaw were broken. Later he was sentenced to 7 days of administrative arrest, but the pre-trial detention center refused to admit him for health reasons. He sentenced Alexander Polivoda to 1 year of restriction of freedom with a transfer to an open correctional facility ("chemistry") under Art. 370 of the Criminal Code - Desecration of state symbols. On June 29, 2021, he sentenced Boris Zdanovich to 3 months of arrest. The man was accused of calling the police at 102 from his phone on January 14 and saying: “Lukashenko is an idiot. That's all". By this, according to the prosecution, he “publicly insulted” Lukashenko.

Yuri was convicted in a criminal case opened under the article on insulting Lukashenko. The reason for the prosecution was his telephone call to the police on September 3, 2020, after the death of Gennady Shutov, whom Yuri knew personally. According to him, while intoxicated, he decided to speak out about what was happening and called 102.
On the same day, Yuri was detained. During the detention, law enforcement officers used physical force against him, as a result of which he suffered broken ribs and a broken jaw. He was also given an administrative penalty - 7 days of arrest. At the court hearing, he said that he did not file a complaint about the beating, considering himself "unworthy of attention" and adding that "he knew what he got it for." Yuri admitted his guilt in full.
He was released in December 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
Alexander was convicted of tearing down the national flag from a school building in the village of Veljamovichi in January 2021.
