On September 14, 2020, Lepeshev saw Prydybaylo’s phone number in the Black Book of Belarus, called him and said: “You are fucked up.” During the trial, it became known that for security reasons the propagandist was then transferred to the Russian embassy in Minsk. The victim Prydybailo was able to attend the trial only on the day of the debate. He filed a civil suit in the form of 3,000 rubles for "moral suffering". Investigators also found Lepeshev's correspondence on the Discuss and Ask portals, where he wrote, for example, such phrases as "a good Muscovite is a dead Muscovite." For this, a criminal case was opened against Lepeshev for inciting ethnic hatred.

Svyatoslav has 1 minor child.

Trial outcome 02.11.2022:

4 years of restriction of freedom .

In December 2022, Svyatoslav's sentence was tightened and he was transferred to a colony. Taking into account the recalculation of the term, he remained in prison for 1.5 years.
