He took a piece of paving slab and threw it towards the soldiers who were dispersing the protest, hitting one of them in the shoulder. The resulting bodily injury did not result in a short-term health disorder."

Alexander was accused of allegedly attempting to run over two Volkovysk police officers with a car after 11:00 p.m. on August 9, 2020, in order to interfere with their work during an unauthorized event. At the end of March 2021, he was sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility. However, the state prosecutor appealed the sentence, and on June 1 of the same year, the Grodno Regional Court changed the punishment to imprisonment in a penal colony.
