The man is 50 years old. He was the founder or director of several companies involved in the import of computers and computer components. Most recently, he was deputy director of commercial affairs at Avard Service and director of SanRan.
It's unclear exactly when he was detained , but it was more than six months ago. The KGB included Rushkevich among the members of the "extremist group Trielit," along with businessman Vladimir Balabanovich, who is on trial for calling for sanctions.
The chat was probably hacked because of one of the detainees.
In the spring of 2026, he was released , having fully served his sentence.

His last known position was as a financial controller at Belkanton Group, a large office supply company that also owns the Afiston chain of stores and Office Life magazine. According to his LinkedIn profile, Vladimir resigned no later than July 2023.He was presumably detained upon returning to Belarus after a vacation.His sole proprietorship activities were suspended on November 5, 2023.
Vladimir has a son (12 years old) waiting for him at home.
On July 19, 2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
He is expected to be released in the summer of 2026.

In the fall of 2020, Zelenkevich moved to Russia, where she continued to train and also worked as a triathlon and swimming coach. According to Tribuna, some time ago Zelenkevich returned to Belarus, and soon after that she was detained and remained behind bars until trial.
