A resident of Baranovichi. He was engaged in entrepreneurship, then worked as a truck driver.

In the 2020 elections, he tried to register as a presidential candidate, but the Central Election Commission refused him.

Before the 2020 elections, he began actively running the YouTube channel "Tochka nevozvrata" (currently has 43.3 thousand subscribers). In particular, statements from this channel formed the basis of the criminal case against Chudinovich. In July 2021, the man was placed in custody. On May 1, 2022, he was transferred to a closed prison.

According to human rights activists , he will be released in March 2025.

He was detained on December 10 and sentenced to administrative arrest. But after his release, he was not released. It is known that the security forces beat him.

The trial was held behind closed doors, but it became known that Nikolai Bredelev was found not guilty under Part 2 of Article 424 of the Criminal Code (Abuse of power or official authority) and acquitted due to lack of evidence of participation in the commission of a crime.

He is expected to be released in June 2025.
