On June 10, 2022, Judge Elena Shilk found Ivan guilty and sentenced him to four years in a general regime penal colony. He was soon transferred from Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1 to Mogilev Prison No. 4.
At the end of September, Ivan was transferred to Correctional Colony No. 2 in Bobruisk, and soon to Brest Pretrial Detention Center No. 7. In December, the political prisoner was transferred to Pretrial Detention Center No. 1.
On December 29, 2022, the Frunzensky District Court of Minsk considered Ivan's case under Article 391 of the Criminal Code (insulting a judge). It is known that the trial was conducted by Judge Anna Skuratovich and the final sentence of the political prisoner has not changed.
In January 2023, Ivan was transferred from Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1 to Mogilev Prison No. 4.

Mikhail was convicted in a criminal case initiated over the events of November 1, 2020, when a march to Kurapaty was taking place in Minsk. He was accused of blocking the road near Chelyuskintsev Park during the rally, which resulted in damage to Minsktrans. Despite the fact that Mikhail had previously been brought to administrative responsibility for the same episode, he was sentenced to restriction of freedom without being sent to a correctional facility.
In 2023, at least two court hearings were held regarding Mikhail "on replacing the restriction of freedom without sending him to an open-type correctional facility." The results of these hearings are unknown.
