Elena Anatolyevna Pronko
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Elena Anatolyevna Pronko is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. She acted as a public prosecutor in politically motivated trials, where she supported the prosecution and requested punishment for the defendants. On February 12, 2020, as a public prosecutor, she requested a sentence of two years of restriction of freedom with referral to an open-type institution for Vasily Pilts under Part 1 of Article 339 of the Criminal Code, because on December 14, 2020, the man allegedly pushed aggressive supporters of Alexander Lukashenko and activists of the Anti-Vandal movement, who were painting over national symbols. The judge sentenced him to one year of restriction of freedom without referral to an open-type institution. On April 13, 2021, she requested a sentence of one and a half years of restricted freedom without referral to an open-type institution for Anastasia Kolomeichenko, accused under Article 369 of the Criminal Code for insulting a government official. The sentence is one and a half years of restricted freedom without referral to a correctional institution, as requested by prosecutor Pronko.

Vasily was detained and convicted under the article on "hooliganism" for allegedly using violence against aggressive supporters of Lukashenko and activists of the "Anti-Vandal" movement - Alexander Galakhov and Olga Bondareva, when they painted over the image of the white-red-white flag. Vasily did not admit guilt and refused to give the last word.
In April 2022, the court considered the appeal, as well as the prosecutor's appeal against the verdict in this case. The court did not satisfy Vasily's appeal, but partially satisfied the prosecutor's protest, replacing the punishment from imprisonment without referral to imprisonment with referral to an open-type correctional facility.
In July of the same year, the court granted Olga Bondareva’s civil claim and ordered Vasily to pay her compensation.
He was released in January 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
