Igor Grigorievich Kenyukh
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Kenyukh Igor Grigorievich is an employee of the security forces involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful protesters, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
Kenyukh personally participated in torture, beatings and violence in the temporary detention facility on Okrestina. He threatened prisoners with rape.
On November 15, 2020, he demanded that doctors be removed from the temporary detention facility, who, in his opinion, showed excessive loyalty to the detainees and sympathized with them.
He testified as a witness in politically motivated cases in court.
According to some testimonies, he has a tendency towards pedophilia.

The social media moderator for "Country for Life" disappeared on the evening of June 4, 2020. Only a few days later, it was revealed that he had been sentenced to 15 days in jail and transferred to a temporary detention facility in Minsk. He was charged with "organizing mass riots."
In the fall of 2022, Dmitry was transferred to prison regime.
According to human rights activists, the defendants in the case are required to pay compensation in the amount of 29 million rubles.
In 2025, Dmitry was convicted under Article 411.

On March 3, 2026, a coalition of print publishers, including the Kamunikat.org Foundation, Lohvinau Publishing House, and Andrei Yanushkevich Publishing, was added to the Ministry of Internal Affairs' updated list of "extremist groups." The list mentions Yaroslav Ivanyuk, Dmitry Kolos, Igor Logvinov, Vaclav Bogdanovich, Andrei Yanushkevich, and Alexander Yevdakha in connection with this group. The publishers' websites and social media accounts were also added.
This is not the first time Yevdakha has been subjected to repression by the regime. In 2017, he was implicated in the "White Legion" case and spent over three months in pretrial detention. The case fell apart before reaching trial. Previously, in 2012, he was sentenced to a year of house arrest for illegally selling books. In 2021, he was taken in for questioning.

The Bogdanovich family of publishers—a married couple, Elena and Vaclav, and their daughters, Antonina and Victoria—were detained in Minsk, along with a mass arrest of book publishers and distributors. Law enforcement officers raided the employees of both active and closed publishing houses.
It later became known that Elena and Antonina had been released.

Belarusian translator, literary scholar, and publisher. One of the most renowned popularizers of translated world literature.
Dmitry, the son of literary critic Georgy Kolos and brother of film director and teacher Vladimir Kolos, made a name for himself in the 1980s with his translations from French into Belarusian. Since the 1990s, Kolos has been involved in publishing. The Zmitser Kolas Publishing House is known for publishing world poetry, prose, and plays in the best Belarusian translations.
Dmitry was previously detained by the KGB in early March 2023. However, he was released after 10 days in custody, which he spent in a KGB pretrial detention center. He has not been charged.
In February 2026, Dmitry was arrested again, amid mass arrests of book publishers and distributors. Dmitry spent 14 days in the Okrestina detention center, after which he was never released. On March 3, 2026, a coalition of print publishers, including the Kamunikat.org Foundation, Lohvinau Publishing House, and Andrei Yanushkevich Publishing, was added to the Ministry of Internal Affairs' updated list of "extremist groups." The daughter of political prisoner journalist Kirill Poznyak, Yanina was detained along with her father on September 4, 2025. Initially, she was placed in a temporary detention facility, and a few days later, she was charged with a criminal offense and transferred to Pretrial Detention Facility No. 1.
A criminal case has been opened against 20-year-old Yanina Poznyak for cooperation with an "extremist group."
On September 4, the day Kirill Poznyak and Yanina Poznyak were detained, the State Security Committee of Belarus (KGB) declared the YouTube channel "Platform 375" and its affiliated TikTok accounts an "extremist group." According to the KGB, "a group of citizens representing the group" is engaged in "extremist activity," with Kirill Poznyak named as the organizer.
