On November 30, 2021, he issued a guilty verdict against Yevgeny Khoroshkevich under Article 369, Part 1 of Article 130 and Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code for publicly insulting a government official and participating in protests. Preis sentenced the man to four years in prison and also ordered the payment of moral compensation to the senior detective of the group for solving crimes in the field of high technologies of the Novopolotsk City Department of Internal Affairs Denis Svyatsky in the amount of 1,500 rubles and to the teacher of the Department of Professional and Applied Physical Education of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Natalya Petukhova - 1,000 rubles.

A former “Afghan” and a person with a principled civic position, and his wife Oksana Lisitsa is the director of the Vysochanskaya Basic School and a deputy of the district council of the 28th convocation. Vladimir Lisitsa was born in Ukraine and instead of an avatar on his Odnoklassniki page there is a Ukrainian flag. Artem was found guilty, according to the indictment, of entering the roadway on the night of August 9-10, 2020, during an unauthorized mass event in Minsk, blocking traffic, shouting slogans, and disobeying the lawful orders of the authorities.

In October 2023, a hearing on the case of strengthening the regime took place; the reasons and outcome of the hearing are unknown.
According to the prosecution , while in Germany, the man posted several comments in a Telegram chat on August 28, September 7, and September 27, 2021, “containing obscene language” addressed to the heads of the police departments.
Later, Dmitry Polyakov returned to his homeland and was detained. He admitted his guilt. On January 29, the court found him guilty and sentenced him to one and a half years in a general regime penal colony. He was also fined 100 basic units (4,000 rubles) and ordered to pay three "victims" a total of 5,500 rubles.
The appeal hearing will take place on 16.04.2024.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the spring of 2025.
