Kirovsk resident Yuri Averkov was detained on the eve of the "Single Voting Day" in February 2024. It is known that the day before the “Single Voting Day”, on February 23, Yuri Averkov was tried on an administrative charge for “propaganda or public display, production, distribution of Nazi symbols or paraphernalia” (Part 2 of Article 19.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus).
The court hearing for “insulting a government official” (Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus) took place on June 11. The court’s decision is unknown.
On September 30, the Mogilev Regional Court will begin to consider the criminal case under Part 3 of Article 293 (Mass riots), as well as Part 1 of Article 130 (Incitement of racial, national, religious or other social hatred or discord) in a closed session.
Zhanna Dashkevich is 54 years old. She comes from the village of Svatki, Myadel district, Minsk region. On August 20, 2024, another closed trial was held over Olga. Yevgeny Burunov was appointed to hear her case in the Vitebsk Regional Court. The political prisoner is accused under three articles. It is known that Olga was given another three years in prison.
On December 20, 2024, the Supreme Court heard the appeal. Chairman of the Judicial Collegium Vladimir Davydov. According to the decision of the Collegium, Olga's second sentence was reduced by 1 year. Thus, the total term of the political prisoner is 5 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony. As of early January 2025, Olga was in a pre-trial detention center, but at the end of the month she was transferred to Correctional Colony No. 4.
Military analyst Egor Lebedk was awarded 15 days of administrative arrest under Article 24.3 of the Administrative Code. After a day, Yegor did not come out and was detained on a criminal case of promoting extremist activities for comments for Euroradio.

In the spring of 2025, Elena was convicted under Part 2 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code (malicious disobedience to the legal demands of the colony administration) and sentenced to another year and a half in prison in addition to eight years of imprisonment. It is unknown when the sentence was handed down . It is known that Elena refused the services of a lawyer at the trial.
