Convicted Alexander Kozlovich of 15 basic units under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences. The protocol was drawn up by police lieutenant Alexander Kirillov. The reason for the administrative case was Alexander’s publication on his personal page on social networks with an image of a pig’s head in the headdress of a police officer and an inscription that is included in the republican list of extremist materials. Kozlyanko sentenced Dmitry to 2 years of restriction of freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility under Article 339 Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for the fact that Dmitry defended himself from an attack on him, which is clearly visible on the video from a surveillance camera. The judge also charged him with causing bodily harm in the form of fractures, although the victim himself said that he already had a fracture and Dmitry had nothing to do with it.
