List of repressed
On April 21, 2023, Vladimir was tried in the Central District Court of Minsk and sentenced to four years of restricted freedom in an open correctional facility (called a "chemistry" facility) and a fine of 200 basic units (7,400 rubles). Vladimir managed to partially serve his sentence.
Several months later, Vladimir was re-arrested at a "chemistry" facility to increase his sentence. He has been in custody since July 10, 2023.
Vladimir was accused of leaving an offensive comment on July 5, 2021, referring to a police major with the Ivanovo District Executive Committee's Internal Affairs Directorate (IDD) as "scum" on the "Punishermen of Belarus" Telegram channel. In 2020, the police officer was tasked with "maintaining public order" and was involved in the administrative cases brought against Belarusians en masse for participating in protests.

He was detained in early March, near the village of Voronovo, Grodno region, trying to leave Belarus for Lithuania. When police officers inspected his mobile phone, they found subscriptions to Telegram channels recognized by the authorities as "extremist". Initially, the court arrested Viktor Zolotarevsky under the article on dissemination of extremist materials (Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but later he was charged under criminal articles for registering in the chatbot "Plan Peramoga" and a video sent to the Telegram channel Nexta. The video showed a conversation between Ukrainian soldiers and relatives in Gomel.
Zolotarevsky lived in Minsk and worked in the carriage depot of the Minsk branch of the Belarusian Railways, living in a hostel.
After his arrest he was fired.
There is a possibility that he was released on pardon.
He was detained on January 9, 2023 as part of a criminal case opened in Brest based on the events of September 13, 2020, when during a protest, people danced in a circle on the roadway (the so-called “round dance case”).
According to human rights activists, he was released in May 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

On January 9, 2023, the Gomel Regional Court heard the case of two Gomel residents, Vladislav Yatsenko and Kirill Plakushchev. According to the investigation, one of them repeatedly posted messages on a social media platform calling for participation in Kastus Kalinovsky's battalion, Azov, and other units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He also transferred 21 euros to Kastus Kalinovsky's battalion. Both men were also accused of spray-painting cynical graffiti and drawings on the walls of buildings. The court assessed damages at 130 rubles.
On December 13, 2025, he was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.
In comments on social networks, he insulted a judge, a prosecutor, a juvenile affairs inspector and two district police officers of the city of Dubrovno. He lived in Moscow in 2020-2021 and from there wrote comments in Odnoklassniki under the publication of Mikhail Chemurako (an activist who was convicted of chemistry and is now in exile).

According to the materials of the court case, on August 30, 2021, Alexey left several offensive comments in one of the Telegram chats and, as the examination showed, thereby publicly insulted Lukashenko, deliberately humiliated his honor and dignity in an indecent form.
The judge sentenced Alexey to restriction of freedom without referral to a correctional facility for a period of 3 years. However, the prosecutor appealed the verdict. On February 9, 2023, the Judicial Board of the Mogilev Regional Court imposed a new punishment - imprisonment.
