On May 25, 2023, Kuchuk sentenced political prisoner Svetlana Bychkovskaya to five years and six months in a general regime colony. On July 24, 2023, the judge sentenced political prisoner Yuri Adamov to three years in prison for making 24 donations to the BySol and ByHelp foundations totaling $1,590. Thus, Dina Valentinovna Kuchuk bears personal responsibility for violations of human rights and undermining the principles of the rule of law, as well as for promoting repression against representatives of civil society and the democratic opposition. Sergei, the former head of the department of the RUE "Minsk City Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre", was arrested in June 2021 in a case of posting personal data of employees of the Smorgon District Department of Internal Affairs on a Telegram channel. According to the prosecution, from autumn 2020 to February 2021, he transferred personal data of more than ten employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and government officials to the administrators of Telegram channels.
In August 2022, Sergei was found guilty of several criminal charges, including “abuse of power or official authority,” and sentenced to imprisonment with deprivation of the right to hold positions related to the performance of organizational and administrative duties for a period of 5 years.

Pavel was detained in September 2020 after publishing a new video. He had planned to run for president, but the Central Election Commission refused to register him. Pavel became a confidant of Svetlana Tikhanovskaya. He was accused of "inciting social discord" because of the video, which criticized government officials, including prosecutors, judges, and police.

Having waited for three embassy employees to arrive at the scene of the crime, the defendants verbally insulted and used physical violence against them. The victims suffered bodily harm and beatings."
The incident with the attack on the embassy was examined by the British police, which, according to the Prosecutor General's Office, refused to extradite the defendants to the Belarusian side. The accused are outside Belarus, they are being tried in absentia. Their property, remaining in the country, has been seized.
