Involved in the adoption of politically motivated court decisions, at least 2 politically motivated decisions, for which at least 11,000 rubles in fines and at least 3 years of imprisonment or restriction of freedom were imposed. Olga Kronda was again found guilty of committing a crime under Art. 369 “Insulting a representative of authority” and added to the two years of restriction of freedom of “household chemicals” that the woman was serving in the previous case, another year of restriction of freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility. On February 16, 2023, the 65-year-old director of an auto parts store, Viktor Makarenko, was sentenced for refusing to sell goods to military personnel of the Russian Federation and calling them occupiers. The man was charged under Art. 190 of the Criminal Code (“violation of the equality of citizens”). At the request of prosecutor Svetlana Pasemko, he imposed a fine on Viktor in the amount of 300 basic units (11,100 Belarusian rubles). Makarenko’s individual entrepreneurial activity, which he has carried out since 1993, was terminated by decision of the economic court at the request of the local prosecutor.

The 65-year-old director of an auto parts store, Viktor Makarenko, was charged under Article 190 of the Criminal Code ("violation of the equality of citizens") for refusing to sell goods to Russian military personnel and calling them occupiers.
On October 28, 2022, one of the pro-government Telegram channels published a post reporting the detention of the director of an auto parts store in Baranovichi. According to their information, the man told his subordinate: "Don't sell them anything, they are occupiers." The occupiers were Russian military personnel.
The director of an auto parts store was detained. A pro-government Telegram channel claimed that after the detention, evidence was found of the man's participation in the 2020 protests, as well as facts of money transfers to the Armed Forces of Ukraine made after February 24.
The man was indeed detained as part of a criminal case under Article 190 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for three days, and was also arrested for 15 days under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).
The man remained free until the trial.
The Baranovichi District and Baranovichi City Court issued a verdict on February 16, 2023. Prosecutor Svetlana Pasemko requested a fine of 300 basic units (11,100 rubles) for Makarenko. Judge Artem Podolyanets sentenced the man to this punishment.
Even before the trial, the Baranovichi prosecutor filed a lawsuit in the economic court to terminate the activities of individual entrepreneur Makarenko. On December 19, 2022, the economic court stopped his activities. Viktor Makarenko worked as an individual entrepreneur since 1993, now the man is retired.
It is known that Adasko was detained in early May 2023, a protocol was drawn up under Art. 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production, distribution or storage of extremist materials) and awarded an administrative arrest. He did not go free after his arrest.

Nikita was accused of blocking public transportation in Minsk on August 10, 2020, and convicted under the article "Organizing or actively participating in group actions that grossly violate public order." He was sentenced to restricted freedom with a referral.

Petr, an entrepreneur and TV repairman, was first arrested in April 2021 in a criminal case brought under the article on slander. The reason was a repost he made on August 23, 2020 on his page on the social network VKontakte - the publication contained an image and a comment from another author regarding an employee of the Baranovichi District Department of Internal Affairs. Petr was subsequently convicted and sentenced to restriction of freedom in an open-type correctional facility, as well as to pay a fine.
In January 2023, he was released on the basis of the amnesty law of December 7, 2021. Later that year, he was again brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - for "dissemination, production, storage or transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity."
At the end of April 2024, it became known that Pyotr had been arrested again - on suspicion of participating in mass protests that took place in August 2020. A few months later, he was convicted of "participating in group actions that grossly violate public order" and sentenced to imprisonment by a court decision.
