Yevgeny was arrested in September 2021 as part of a criminal case opened following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. In the spring of 2022, he was convicted of "inciting social discord" and "insulting a government official."
Evgeny worked at BelAZ for over 20 years. He has two adult children and grandchildren.
On May 24, 2022, the KGB included him in the list of persons “involved in terrorist activities,” as well as in the list of citizens involved in “extremist activities.”
The sentence against Evgeny has entered into legal force; the exact term of his sentence and the place of his imprisonment are being clarified.
According to the position of the state prosecution, Sanyuta, a resident of Baranovichi, incited hostility against law enforcement officers, namely: on August 12, 2020, he posted one message in the telegram chat «Baranovichi 97%». On June 17, 2021, a photo of Shramov and Shlupakov appeared on one of the Odnoklassniki pages with the caption: "These employees, risking their lives, confiscated the balloons." Borisova, as she admitted in court, added the comment: "Two morons are a force."
She was released in the spring of 2024, having fully served her sentence imposed by the court.
It is known that Aleksey Sergievich was detained on November 29, 2021. Then he was taken to the Central District Department of Internal Affairs, then to the detention center in Akrestsina.
