Pavel was convicted in September 2021 for a comment he left on the Euroradio Telegram channel following a report about the death of Alexander Petrusevich, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Mogilev Region Department of Internal Affairs. According to the prosecution, his comment was intended to publicly insult a government official in connection with the performance of his official duties.

In October 2024, a court hearing was held on the issue of "replacing a restriction of freedom without committing him to an open correctional facility." The outcome of the hearing, as well as Pavel's presence, are unknown.

Konstantin was arrested on May 12, 2021, for participating in a work Telegram chat called "Volnae Panstva," where he and colleagues discussed the protests and made comments about Lukashenko. He was sentenced to administrative arrest, after which he remained in custody, as a criminal case had been opened against him for group actions grossly violating public order and for the use of violence against a law enforcement officer.

In September 2021, Konstantin was found guilty of three criminal charges for participating in a post-election protest that took place in Rechitsa on August 9, 2020. He attempted to prevent the arbitrary detention of protesters and, as police were loading the detainee into a police vehicle, pushed Rechitsa police officer Dmitry Garay in the back. He was also charged with insulting Lukashenko.

He was released in February 2024, having fully served his sentence.

After his release, Konstantin was again subject to administrative charges for missing an ideological lecture. He subsequently left Belarus.

Dmitry was a witness in the case of Brest political prisoners and bloggers Sergei Petrukhin and Alexander Kabanov, who were sentenced to three years in prison in April 2021. As he told Brest human rights activists, the criminal case against him was opened for refusing to answer questions from the judge hearing Petrukhin and Kabanov's case because the judge had failed to present his official identification. In September 2021, Dmitry was found guilty of "refusing or evading testimony" and sentenced to arrest.

He was released in February 2022, having fully served his sentence.

In December 2024, Dmitry was convicted again under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

According to human rights defenders, he was released in the spring of 2026 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

Mikhail is the director of a construction company and the brother of Stanislav Luponosov, a former GUBOPiK officer who collaborated with the BYPOL initiative during his service before leaving for Ukraine in December 2020. In August 2021, Mikhail was arrested and remanded in custody in connection with a criminal case opened under articles on the use of an invalid document and the deliberate inclusion of false information in official documents for mercenary or other personal gain. In pretrial detention, he was forced to condemn his brother's actions on camera and convey calls from former colleagues to "rethink his actions."

In June 2022, Mikhail was found guilty of "causing property damage without evidence of theft," with other charges dropped, and was sentenced to restricted freedom and sent to an open correctional facility.

He was released in December 2023, having fully served his sentence.
