Former director of the Olympic Freestyle Skiing Center.
In September 2020, Vadim Krivosheev was fired from his position as director of the Republican Freestyle Olympic Training Center for "poor ideological work within the team." He subsequently left Belarus.
On March 20, 2026, the Minsk City Court heard a criminal case against Vadim in a special proceeding. According to the charges , Vadim Krivosheyev joined the "extremist groups" "Belarusian Sports Solidarity Fund" and "People's Anti-Crisis Management" in 2020-2021. The prosecutor's office alleges that he "called, along with others, for actions to harm the national security of Belarus." For example, he advocated the use of sanctions to pressure government bodies, administrations, and officials to review the election results. After this, the prosecutor's office writes , he "assisted the conspirators and individuals who joined them, as well as the extremist groups they created, in an attempt to seize state power through unconstitutional means."
It is also alleged that, while serving as the sports center's director, he "failed to ensure the safety, proper condition, and proper operation of the center's property, including the Blue Fox water safety system." According to the indictment , he also allowed the pool and attractions to operate while lifeguards were significantly understaffed, making it impossible to deploy them in a manner that would ensure the safety of visitors. The prosecutor's office claims that Krivosheev's actions led to the death of a young woman.
