Georgy graduated from the Faculty of History of the Belarusian State University (1998).
He held a clearly pro-Russian stance and actively supported Lukashenko. In August 2020, he made two denunciations in his neighborhood, on Kazintsa Street in Minsk's Kurasovshchina district. Semenov himself attended rallies in support of Lukashenko and eventually joined the "Spektr" group, which gathered near the Spektr shopping center in Uruchye.
Semenov also regularly reposted materials from the "Union" group of notorious neo-Nazi Sergei Lushch. In August 2024, authorities came for Semenov. Law enforcement officials believed that one of the pages he ran justified Nazism. Ultimately, they charged him with three offenses: "rehabilitation of Nazism" (Part 1 of Article 130-1 of the Criminal Code), "incitement of hatred" (Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code), and "insulting a government official" (Article 369 of the Criminal Code).
In October 2025, journalists learned that Georgy had died. The date and circumstances of his death are still unknown.
The man was added to the "extremist list" in June, but his name disappeared from there in the fall.
In early February, he was detained and convicted under the administrative article, part 2, article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus, after which a criminal case was opened.

In September 2024, Vadim was arrested following a KGB raid on the company. In 2025, he was convicted of "inciting hatred or discord" and "calls for sanctions and other actions aimed at harming national security" and sentenced to imprisonment. Case details are unknown.
On December 13, 2025, he was released following a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.

In December 2024, Oleg Zelenko was convicted twice of "disseminating extremist materials" (Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). After serving his sentence, he was likely charged with a criminal offense and placed in pretrial detention.
Apparently, after the verdict, Zelenko was sentenced to a penal colony—his social media isn't updating, and his Telegram status is "wasn't online for a long time."
On March 19, 2026, he was pardoned after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole (among a group of 235 prisoners left in Belarus).
