Eliseev's phone was also confiscated as a means of committing the crime. Valery must also partially reimburse the claim of the victim, Igor Volnich, and pay him 100 rubles. Eliseev also transferred 500 rubles to Volnich during the hearing. The victim requested 1,500 rubles. Eliseev must also pay a state fee of 96 rubles.

According to human rights activists, he was released on January 3, 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Alexander was found guilty in November 2021 of "insulting a government official" for a comment left under a photo of Igor Volnich, a traffic police officer from the Gantsevichi District Police Department, pinning a detainee to the ground with his knee, as well as for a comment he left about Andrei Komar, a police captain from Bobruisk.

According to human rights activists, he was released in the summer of 2024, having fully served his sentence.
