Sergei was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them."
In January 2022, he was convicted of participating in a gang fight during a post-election protest that took place in Minsk from August 9 to 10, 2020, and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the spring of 2023, having fully served his sentence.
Irina was arrested in November 2021 on charges of "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them," and was placed in pretrial detention.
In March 2022, she was found guilty of participating in a protest that took place on September 20, 2020, in Minsk and sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility.

Olga, an activist and former head of the organization "Radislava," which helps women victims of domestic violence, was arrested in November 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened for organizing women's marches in 2020.
In May 2022, Olga was found guilty of "organizing or actively participating in group actions that grossly violate public order" and sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility.

Evgeny was arrested in July 2021 as part of a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" and placed in pretrial detention pending trial.
In October 2021, he was convicted of participating in post-election protests in Minsk in 2020, during one of which he was injured by a rubber bullet.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the fall of 2022, having fully served his sentence.
Alexander was detained on the evening of April 29, 2021, after a "concerned citizen" reported to the police that unknown individuals were painting white-red-white flags on buildings on Bogdanovich Street in Minsk. Following his administrative arrest, a criminal case was opened against him and he was released on bail pending trial.
In September 2021, Alexander was convicted of "desecration of buildings and damage to property."
Ilya was found guilty in August 2021 of "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them," for participating in a protest on September 23, 2020, on Freedom Square in Minsk. According to the charges, he acted in concert with unidentified individuals, shouted slogans, repeatedly refused to comply with police orders, and obstructed the arrest of one of the protesters, for which he was detained. Ilya pleaded not guilty.
In January 2025, a court hearing in absentia was held as part of a special proceeding to replace the restriction of freedom with a referral to imprisonment in a penal colony.
Igor was convicted for a comment left online about Lukashenko.
According to human rights activists, he was released in August 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Oleg is a journalist for Radio Svaboda, previously worked for the Znamya Yunosti newspaper, and was one of the founders of the RID news agency. In the summer of 2020, he actively covered the protests in Belarus and conducted live streams. In August, he lost his Foreign Ministry accreditation along with other journalists from foreign media outlets.
On July 16, 2021, he was detained during a large-scale search of independent journalists' homes. He was released ten days later, remaining a suspect. On December 23 of that year, security forces again raided his home and took him into custody on charges of "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order or actively participating in them."
In March 2022, the court found Oleg guilty, declaring that he participated in unauthorized protests during which Minsktrans calculated damages of 56,000 rubles.
In September 2022, the journalist was released as part of a pardon.

Yulia, a human rights activist and volunteer at the Moscow Center for Civil Society and Information (MCGI) "Our House," and the daughter of renowned human rights activist Natalia Goryachko-Basalyga, was detained on July 14, 2021, as part of a criminal case opened under the article "Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them."
In March 2022, the court found Yulia guilty and sentenced her to imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
Yulia was released in the courtroom. Her time in custody was counted toward her sentence, so her sentence was considered fully served.

Tatyana, a volunteer, was detained on July 9, 2021, during a "large-scale KGB operation to purge radicals" as part of a criminal case. Despite having a young son at home, she was transferred to a pretrial detention center and charged with "financing the activities of an extremist group."
In May 2022, the measure of restraint was changed to a written undertaking not to leave. Tatyana left Belarus before the trial began.

Aleksander, a football player for the Krumkachyov club, a journalist for Tribuna.com and the author of the YouTube channel ChestnOK, was detained at home on June 3, 2021. He was sentenced to 30 days of administrative arrest under Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - allegedly for the flag on the window, but after serving his term he was not released and transferred to a pre-trial detention center in a criminal case on "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order." In January 2022, Oleksandr was sentenced to imprisonment.
He was released in February 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Andrei, a biker, was first detained and convicted in a criminal case opened after an incident on September 19, 2020, near the Europa shopping center in Minsk. At that time, unknown persons tried to detain one of the motorcyclists, and the others began to defend him.
